GOAL files bill to abolish license fees

The Massachusetts licensing and registry system has been a financial disgrace for years; costing millions with absolutely no demonstrated benefit.  The rights of Massachusetts citizens have been infringed and seen as the plaything of appointed officials with an agenda all while the same citizens are forced to pay for the "privilege" of a license. 

Massachusetts gun owners are being abused by a broken, useless system and should not have to pay for it.
