Joe Rosenthal admits to a straw purchase

Joe Rosenthal, of Stop Handgun Violence Inc., and Steve Bailey, a Globe reporter admitted on WRKO that they traveled to New Hampshire and conducted a straw purchase.  Will BATFE prosecute this felony?
